Procedures Performed – Facial Reconstruction:
This lady had a slow-growing mass on her left upper eyelid for over 7 years. Because of her fear of scarring and asymmetry of her eyelids, she was hesitant to remove the growth. In her case a direct excision of the lesion was performed w/care taken to recreate the natural lid crease while ensuring that the eye brow was not pulled down.
