Procedures Performed – Facial Reconstruction:

This is an example of a bilobed transposition flap used to repair a lower nasal defect resulting from the removal of a basal cell skin cancer. Essentially, a flap I designed along the length of the nose to reposition and “borrow” skin from the upper two-thirds of the nose to replace the missing skin of the lower third of the nose.
