Rhinoplasty Photos - Case #3166

Patient Case #3166

Procedures Performed – Rhinoplasty:

This young woman wanted a “refinement” of her nose as she was unhappy with her profile. Specifically, she did not like the bump on the bridge of her nose, and the fact that her tip was under-rotated (i.e.” turned down”). A rhinoplasty was performed in which the profile was made more aesthetically pleasing by removing the dorsal hump and increasing the rotation of the tip of her nose. It should also be noted, that the tip was brought closer to the face (decreasing the projection of the nose). Although these are subtle changes individually, the combination of these changes leads to a significant improvement in the overall appearance of her nose—while still looking very natural.
