As an aesthetician, I get to see a lot of plastic surgery (as well as fillers and Botox) under a bright light and high magnification. About five years ago one of my clients had a facelift by Dr Yalamanchili and I immediately got his contact info from her. I'd been getting fillers from an 'anti-aging' center, but that doctor is an Internist. WHAT a difference to have a board certified facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist working on me! I love that he is conservative and you will never look 'over done'. He listens and answers all your concerns. He has the most gentle hand -- people who don't like needles will LOVE him. He gives non surgical options and so far I haven't gone under the knife thanks to Ultherapy (he was the first in H-Town to do it) and some meticulously placed fillers. When the time comes, I wouldn't let anyone else touch me! The small staff is kind and caring which is another plus. I send all my clients to Belage Center.

Incredibly Talented Surgeon – Extremely Patient – Very Easy to Talk To I had been seeing a skin care M.D. for several years using Botox, fillers and laser treatments, including Ultherapy, for facial rejuvenation but reached the point where I felt I needed to consider surgery to achieve the results I wanted. Knowing that my skin care physician saw many patients with goals similar to mine, I asked for her recommendation. She suggested I see a minimum of three surgeons to fully educate myself about the process but to also compare and contrast recommendations, expectations, anticipated outcomes, and each surgeon’s personal style. She also told me that she would put Dr. Haresh Yalamanchili at the top of the list as she used the word “amazing” to describe the results she had seen from the work he performed on her patients. Dr. Yalamanchili was the first of three surgeons I met with. I was immediately very impressed. His office and staff are lovely, professional, discrete and efficient. As is he. Dr. Yalamanchili was warm and approachable, asking about my goals and concerns and in turn he patiently provided a great deal of information about the procedure he recommended to meet my goals. Although it appeared to be a busy office, the amount of time and focus he spent with me during the consultation made it seem as though I was the only person there. I walked out thinking I did not need to see any other surgeons but did follow through with two additional highly recommended ones. While they both recommended the same procedure as Dr. Yalamanchili had – a lower face and neck lift - I felt more educated, assured, and confident about the expected outcome with Dr. Yalamanchili. I could not be more pleased with both the results and the process! Dr. Yalamanchili has that perfect combination of an artistic eye guiding his surgical expertise and he indeed creates amazing results. My lower face and neck lift is more than I had hoped for – a refreshed and more youthful appearance but still very natural. I had minimal swelling and only the faintest of bruising – I was able to confidently go out after only 7-10 days. As for the process, for the first week following surgery Dr. Yalamanchili checks in with you daily to see how you are feeling, if you have any questions, and makes it clear that he will see you within minutes if you have any concerns. To minimize scarring, he removes the sutures the moment they are ready, even if it means he meets you at his office on the weekend. He continues the close monitoring and his immediate availability for weeks following the surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results and the experience and highly recommend Dr. Yalamanchili!

Rarely do we encounter medical care to the level I enjoyed with the Belage Center!! Dr. Y is one of a kind! I so admire and appreciate his philosophy that includes attention to detail with a mission to take his time to achieve both an outstanding outcome for his patients and subtle enough enhancements that we look REFRESHED not "REDESIGNED"! 5 stars don't say enough about my gratitude for Dr. Yalmanchili's medical treatment style and his talent!!

I wanted to take the opportunity to comment upon the medical care you have given to me.
It is somewhat nerve-wracking to find that it is necessary to remove cancer from one’s face. This unexpected problem was made much more comfortable for me, both emotionally and physically, by your clear explanation, the skill with which you did the biopsy, and you obvious professional experience.
As an educator, I cannot tell you how reassuring it has been that you have a gift for explaining procedures and establishing a rapport with me as a patient. I appreciated that you were not only informative but kind. Clearly your ability to connect with your patients offers great reassurance.
Your medical skills are even more impressive. I found your expertise as a surgeon to be exceptional. I was amazed to see how cleverly you closed quite an excavation on my face. I am very please with my appearance and thanks to you, I fave the world, literally, with confidence.
Thank you so much. Of course I am sorry to have you leave Rochester’s professional community, but I hope that you will share my recommendation (and pictures too) with future patients.

Your spontaneous and unconditional willingness to come and see the patient on a weekend when you were not on call for any hospital or your group, speaks very highly of you. I am sure the patient greatly appreciated your help and so did the attending physician, the house staff and the nursing staff.

I had Ultherapy done over a year ago and it is still working! I read for hours and days and months researching procedures and especially Doctors. He is tops in his field and gave straight honest answers. A face and neck lift without surgery that worked! And I adored the staff. Highly recommended. Highly.

Dr. Yalamanchili is an excellent facial plastic surgeon. He is very skillled and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of my face and brow lift. I have already recommended him to my sister. The staff at the center is very supportive, friendly and responsive. Megan is providing excellent follow-up skincare. My skin has never looked better. There is a lot of warmth in this office starting with the reception. Dr. Yalamanchili remembers all of his patients, details of their life, truly amazing. He is honest about treatments, what can work and what probably can’t. He is a true professional. I feel very comfortable in his hands.

I was very nervous about my appointment for Juvederm injections in my upper cheeks. However, the doctor was super patient with me and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before moving forward with the procedure. I am really happy with the results and super glad that I went through with it!

Dr. Yalamanchili is a artist at what he does!!! He has a great eye for what looks best and natural. I wanted my lips to be fuller and to look natural and that’s what the doctor gave me! My lips look beautiful now! My husband said “wow your lips look hot” that was all I needed to hear!

My first facial in a while and I will definitely go back. My experience with Meg was a great one! I don’t think I realized how much I needed a facial until I had one. Will be going in more frequently I hope! Plus I think doctor Yalamanchili is the best in Houston and when and if I decide to do more, he will be my doctor – no doubt!

I find Dr. Yalamanchili very professional and honest. He will give you an honest answer if you ask if a treatment is appropriate for you or not. His staff is compassionate and willing to work with you. I have confidence in their work when I go there.

Everyone in the office is extremely caring. They make us feel comfortable. Dr. Chilli relieves all your anxiety. He is so relaxed and knowledgeable. I would not consider using any other doctor.
